Can Iron Pills Make Stools Smell Metallic?
Question: Can iron pills make stools smell metallic, I took an iron pill this moring and also drank some coffee today and my other stools were ok, they were light brown colored.My last bowl movement was muddy and smell real metallic. Please advise.
