Brief Answer:
No changes will happen
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can say with certainty that lightly pressing both sides of chin inward (towards the center of the chin) with one hand or lightly grabbing your chin with your hand and lightly pressing the opposite sides of your chin as you described, will not cause any change in the contours of your chin or cause any change in shape or position of chin bones or any part of chin bones. It will not cause any changes of any type to your chin.
Thanks.
