Brief Answer:
Very unlikely to cause dry eyes,

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Testosterone therapy is relatively safe. The few side effects described usually involve the prostate, blood cell production, sleep apnoea and congestive heart failure. these are however rare.

I am afraid dry eyes have not been described to be side effects of testosterone use. Dry eyes should be sought from other origins and not, in my opinion, attributed to testosterone. Current scientific evidence and literature does not incriminate testosterone as cause of dry eyes. It might be important to check if the mouth is also dry. If presence, diseases like scleroderma and Sjogren's syndrome. Thyroid status are a probable cause to be well investigated also.

Kind regards as I wish you the best of health. Kind regards.
