I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but most male enhancement supplements act by causing vasodilatation and increasing the blood flow to the penis.

Adding them together can cause severe hypotension. Also, andoderm application can lead to irritation and itching at the site of application which can be treated with application of hydrocortisone cream. It may also lead to loss of pubic hair, headache, anxiety and change in sexual desire. However, these side effects don't necessarily occur in all patients using it.
