Can Masturbation Cause Prostate Cancer?

Question: hi sir,

I have been masturbating since last 8 years.My age is now 27.I do once in a week.I would like to stop it.Will masturbation leads to anything like prostate cancer?? or any other health effetcs.Sometimes after masturbation i will get urination sometimes not.Please help me.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in masturbation since many years and now worried about getting cancer of prostate in future.

First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scientifically that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body .All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety.

Though it is harmless, excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection and delays ejaculation .Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports ,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.

Thanks for you reply.I have some more questions.
1)So it will not cause prostate cancer right???
2)How to increase quality of erection??
3)Will that quality of erection effects in future with my partner??

4)I have developed ganglion cysts on left hand wrist.I consulted doctor near by when i am getting severe pain.He said surgery needs to be done.After 2 days my pain has gone but still i see a bump.So is there any ways that it can be removed with out surgery.

4) The only treatment for ganglion is surgery .

I have ganglion cyst since last one year.
1)How urgent do i need to do surgery.
2)Will that cyst create any other health problems if i delay surgery.
3)Will the size grows??
4)Will that transform to tumour?? if o what are the sysmtopms???
