Can Migraine Cause Eye Twitching?

Question: I had prk eye surgery 35 days ago. there's no vision problem, however my surgeon said , vision will continue to improve for 3 months.
I want to know few things:
1. When can I stop using the night shields given to me?
2. When will it be ok for me to RUB my eye?
3. I am given refresh liquigel drops to use for 6 times a day, can I use it more than that? is it safe?
4. When will it be okay for water n sweat to go in eyes?
5. I am having migraine issues n eye twitching... my surgeon has checked my eye n its perfectly fine... can migraine cause eye twitching?

Thanks for sending your query to us.

It is better to avoid rubbing the eyes and putting water in the eye for say another 4 to 6 weeks. Eye shield again is a precaution like rubbing and should be used for another 3 weeks. Water and sweat may not cause any harm, but rubbing definitely is to be avoided.
Refresh gel can be used as many times as you feel like and we prescribe it to our patients for 6 months.
Migraine and twitching have no corelation.

If all precautions are taken...UV protection sunglasses are worn outside home... eyes are not rubbed... and a little bit of tv is watched. And most importantly if of dust accidentally gone inside...
Can this diminish vision permanently....i mean can the vision be decreased by these things? Like going outside in Sun?

These precautions are ideally to be taken routinely nothing happens.The only issue is that cornea is a avascular tissue so the healing is slow so some precautions continue for a longer period of time than surgery elsewhere in te body.
Rest asdured that you have crossed one landmark of one month and as time passes things keep on settling down.

No... What I wanted to ask is....Is it possible by any chance that my vision diminish due to sunlight... Is it possible? Can the sunlight reduce my vision quality permanently?
and can I watch tv or XXXXXXX laptop n other digital devices ? Is watching it for 2 or 3 hours safe? Will it cause any permanent vision problem?

Sunlight will not harm your vision. Watching tv or lapto for few hours or for the duration when you do not feel the discomfort is fine.
Your eyes are readjudtind a new way of seeing.tht takes a little bit of timr.
Tv lapto and sunlight do not damage vision in your case

I accidentally missed one day use of loteprednol etabonate. I am told use 1 drop of it daily. But I forgot to use it on Friday.
Should i worry? Or is it okay?
What should I do now?
