Can Mild Enlarged Liver And Spleen Be Indications Of Viral Hepatitis?

Question: Mri states MILDLY enlarged liver and spleen . Had blood levels taken for Hepatitis A,BC negative. My liver test AST and ALT are elevated. Do not drink alcholol . Do not take drugs. Advil/tynenol on occasion. Had labs done in November and liver test normal. Had blood on december slightly elevated and january 9 tg the numbers got higher . Concerned about viral hepatitis ? Concerned about cancer ? Can i still have hepatitis with negTive labs

If hepatitis tests are negative then possibility of hepatitis is unlikely.Also MRI would have show cancer, so even that possibility is unlikely.
Liver parameters can be raised by various cause interfering liver functioning and even medications taken for other reasons can cause elevated liver parameters.
Billiary stones or obstruction in bile duct also cause such raised tests.
Ideal is to get further investigated and see gastroenetrologist for this.
