Can Multiple Degenerative Disc Disease Cause Dizziness And Nausea?
Question: Query for Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Been awhile. Been at neurologist and immunologist
EMG good.
Evoked response test showed some things I will send you reports.
Bone marrow said Multiilevel degenerative signal changes are noted. There are small multilevel focal vertebral body hemangiomas opted
Alignment: There is a mild proximal thoracic scoliosis convex to the right. (my head is always to the right).
Thoracic discs: Multiple degenerative disc disease. Small left posterior paracentral T8-9 disc protrusion which results in minimal thecal sac compression. Small left posterior paraceentral T 12-L1 disc protrusion which results in mild thecal sac compression.
IMPRESSSIon: Normal-appearing thoracic cord and intradural structures Degenerative disc disease. Small postercentral T8-9 and T12-L1 disc protrusions. Partially visualized cystic appearing T2 hyperintense lesion in the region of the left supraspinatus muscle which could represent the rotator cuff related cyst of intramuscular myxoma, A dedicated MRI of the left shoulder would be of value.
They sent me for MRI and said results good, so now worries.
I am just writing the things I am concerned about
Been on gabapentin for about 2 months. Don't see any difference.
Actually, in the past 6 weeks. Rings no longer fit.
On and off I have been feeling dizzy and off balance and nauseas today. (but rarely)
I went to immunologist . Only that came out high was %CXD 4 Pos. Lymph is
71.6 (report says should be 30.8 - 58.5 %
CD4/CD8 Ratio
5.8 (report says should be .92-3.72)
I have results from lab, but doctor hasn't called me back yet with her thoughts on tests
Between rheumatologist and immunologist there are at least 10 pages of tests done.
Thank you for all your help.
Look forward to hearing from you
