Can Muscular Irritation In The Right Hip Be Treated?

Question: Dear dr Ratnesh
This is xxxxxx back again for my wife. Since last 15 days she has developed a nerve streching sensation from right hip gradually moving down. The the pain is felt at the upper part of the ankle. Can you suggest some medicine? I am attaching a sketch to give u an idea.

2 Ammonium mur 30 6 pills twice in day
3 Pulsatilla 30 6 pills twice in day

Dear Dr Ratnesh
I am not sure whether i am able to covey u the right symptoms. The streching pain as i had described u earlier is nil during lying position. While standing up and while changing position the pain is felt
on lower back portion of leg. When it increases it is felt from the centre back of waist to the upper portion of the heel of right leg only. We started tour medicine on last Saturday after which the pain increased a bit on sunday. After that sometimes the pain is gone. But it crops up again at lower back leg. Yesterday it was less but today after noon it has increased a bit. At lying down position it vanishes. Can it be a muscular pain or due to nerve compression? I am continuing with medicine u gave.

I have gone through the details as provided by you.
Based on the information and would suggest you to take medicine for 1 more week and then update. This is important because it has been only a week since you are taking the medicine hence it is not clear that how much medicine is working in this case.
There are some improvement in symptom so we need to analyse is this because of medicine or new symptom are coming. 10-15 days is required for the action of medicine.
It seems to be muscular pain as the pain is shifting in nature.
