Can Non-penetrative Sexual Activity Cause Pregnancy?
Question: Dry humped over 4 layers of clothes(underwear,jeans,leggings,panties)..precum soaked through underwear and got as a wet spot on my jeans..gf touched that spot(no semen),just the wet spot over jeans and rubbed it on her covered vagina with underwear,leggings and kurti on(not bare vagina)..she also was wet..after going to house did her daily works,washed her hands twice with soap and water..then after 45 mins she cleaned her inside vagina with the same hand..irregular period,has pcos..lmp-21/10/15,incident occured on 2/11/15..earlier cycle was of 47 days..generally 32-35 days cycle length,incident occured on 13th day of cycle..Is there any pregnancy risk with this scenario?I know it cannot,bt various sites say various things that sperms travel through clothes wheras some says it cannot..thats why i got confused..kindly answer madam at the earliest..

If blood pregnancy test is negative 21 days after the act,will it completely rule out pregnancy even if no periods occur?
