Can Oflox 200 Cause Gastric Issues ?
Question: Had series of loose motion 2 weeks ago taken oflox 200 and gutbliss with pentosec dsr in the morning...when cured had gastric issues the following week.. Now not able to take proper diet. Feel full after eating a single chapati. Sensation of heaviness near diaphragm taking unienzyme.

I think infection has not completely gone.
You have taken ofloxacin but it should be complemented with orinidazol( to cover protozoans).
I would suggest you to take a course of
Tab oflox Oz two times a day for 3 days.
Along with it take probiotic Econorm two times a day.
Unienzyme should be taken twice daily.
Eat very light meals for 3 days like khichdi Rice and curd and fruits like banana and apple.
Follow up after 3 days.
