Brief Answer:
COnsiderations
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query,
Pregnancy is possible in women who have PCOS. It is important that she manage her weight in general and keep to a very healthy diet as well.
With the help of oral medications, your doctor may be able to facilitate pregnancy.
IVF may also be an option but this would be if the other less invasive methods are not successful.
I would suggest you discuss this with your doctor who may refer you to a fertility specialist to manage further.
Thanks again for the query,
Sincerely
Dr. Galamaga
