Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Its very rare for chicken pox to reoccur. In certain situations when immune system is compromised, there is risk to acquire chicken pox.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

Hello,
Thank you for uploading the picture.
After careful review, I would like to put the differential diagnosis of allergic skin conditions like papular urticaria or contact dermatitis and even scabies.
For better understanding please answer the following questions:
1. Total duration of lesions?
2. Sites of body involved?
3. Anybody in family or roomates having similar condition?
4. Is the itching worse at night?
5. Any history of application of any cosmetics/ topical medications before development of rash?
Thank you
