The Cozaar was prescribed by my cardiologist which I have been on for the last 10 years. The amoxicillin was prescribed by my periodontist who is going to pull two teeth and put in bone grafts for eventual implants to be done. I have to take four 500 mg pills one hour before procedure which is scheduled at 9:45 on XXXXXXX 6 and then take it three times a day for 10 days. I will be taking Pepcid 10 mg at 7:45 am then eat breakfast at 8:30-8:45 and then take my Cozaar 10 mg and four 500 mg of amoxicillin on XXXXXXX 6.
