Can Oral Colonoscopy Effectively Treat Constipation?
Question: Husband had extreme inflammatory reaction to lumbar epidural 12/18/2017. Visit to ER on 12/20/2017 showed no flu, uti, lumbar abscess or SI abscess. Sent us home with hydrocodone to control pain. Constipation sets in. Pain from back has immobilized him. Began treating with stool softeners a week ago, enemas last two days that seem to helping with the blockage. Can I try to relieve the blockage with a colonoscopy oral solution?
