Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis does not affect lungs directly.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Osteoarthritis does not affect lungs. Lungs are affected in Rheumatoid disease as a primary affect (Systemic reaction to auto immune system) and not due to osteoarthritis. Lungs may be indirectly affected if You have undergone Osteoarthritis surgery, have infection or many other conditions but no direct affect.
