Can Ovarian Cysts Cause Pain On The Buttocks?

Question: Hi
I am currently seeing a Gynae with regard cysts on my ovaries and aee him next week following another CT scan.
Two days ago I started to get a sore ache at the top of my right buttock which is barely there during the day and only comes on in the evening and get a worse at night. I am using heat pads which help. Is this likely to be related to my ovary issue?

Pain in the buttocks is not related to ovarian cyst at all.
It can be due to muscle pull or stretching of the ligament.
