Can Overdose Of Kufril LS Drops For Cold Cause Serious Problem

Question: My baby is 6 months old and 6.5kg....Doctor has given 0.25ml of Kufril LS drops for cold and cough... We have given 0.5ml mistakenly.... Will this cause any issue... Please suggest
