If I was a infrequent user, but did a lot one night, then in two days, after one day of not eating I had anal discharge of a yellow color, then five minutes later diarrhea is that due to cocaine use? Or common?
Brief Answer:
Could be due to gut infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
In that case it seems like Anal leakage is due to gut infection rather than Cocaine.
But still gut infection doesn't always cause anal leakage , so a contribution from cocaine use may be considered in causing anal leakage.
I would recommend a test called Stool routine to check for any gut infection if diarrhoea is still present.
