Can Pain And Indent In The Feet Be Treated With Lidocaine Patches?
1) Should I try Lidocaine patches or voltaren gel?
2) Put new insoles with indent?
3)Calcium deficiency may be a reason? In comprehensive Metabolic panel, my calcium was in range.
4)Take cortisone shot
5)Cryo surgery again?
6) Do foot exercises?
Please reply pointwise. Thanks alot.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed this information fully. Most of these measures are not mutually exclusive but rather need to be combined together for best results. I will address them in a stepwise fashion to ensure appropriate care.
1. Foot exercise/Voltaren gel or lidocaine gel should be first measures. if they fail;
2. Cortisone shots and insoles with an indent.
3. Surgery should be reserved as the last option if all the above fail.
This pain is in no way related to calcium deficiency. There is no need for calcium supplementation for this.
