Brief Answer:
Most likely from PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Depending on when the last time you had sex was, and how long it has been since your last period, most likely you are not pregnant with a negative pregnancy test. The only exception to this would be if you got pregnant very recently, as it can take up to 2-3 weeks after getting pregnant for the test to turn positive. So if it has not been 2-3 weeks since you last had sex yet, I would check again in a few weeks and that should confirm whether you are pregnant or not. If not, then I would suspect your PCOS as being the most likely cause.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks/
