My Blood group is AB +ve. Can I marry a girl having blood group other than AB

Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

There is absolutely no restriction whatsoever when it comes to marrying a girl with any blood group, but you need to consider that if you marry someone with Rh+ve blood group be it A, B, AB or even O, the second born baby will be at risk of developing a condition called Erythroblastosis foetalis. Even this can be avoided by administration of anti D serum. Hence in my opinion you can marry anyone with any blood group without any risk.
