Can Physical Exertion Cause The Bones To Stretch And Change?

Question: Is it possible that any bones in body (arm, hand, etc) or bones in face/head stretch downward or cause any change in bone structure, position, depth by carrying plastic bag by straps with heavy liquid (gallon of milk, etc) in one hand?
Brief Answer:
gross bony structure change is not possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Well, the answer to your query is: No, as our body is specifically built and designed in such a way that it can withstand as well as adapt to such physical exertion.
To some extent, muscular hypertrophy (muscle growth and increase in size), joint space alterations can happen (that too after daily and excessive physical strenuous activities for a prolonged period), but the gross bony structures, position, and depth changes aren't possible.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
