Brief Answer:
practice alternate day schedule+ good hydration

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm for an opinion,
The physical stress caused by exercise itself can cause increased progestins in the body and hence deranges the delicate hormonal balance of reproductive hormones, so it is suggested that you can opt for an alternate day schedule for exercise or you may reduce your total time for exercising during the day. Also very important would be rehydration following exercise which if not taken care of then can lead to substantial contribution to the stress element.
You need to be drinking 12-15 glasses of water daily as that shall help better circulation and oxygenation of cells and removal of free radicals from the body contributing to stress itself and promote healthy cycles even with exercise routines.
