You have not given any details. Not anything about where was the polyp. I will assume it was in the nose. Nasal polyps can cause blockage and removal of polyp relieves it. Sometimes, in the initial period there can be stuffiness because of the surgery but it clears within a few days.

Polyps were removed during my colonoscopy about a year ago and my bowel movement have not been regular since
I strain when I go to the bathroom even though I am not constipated stool is loose but formed

In your case, if I assume it's only one polyp which was successfully removed then blockage should not be there in one year.

It may be functional problem. Since there is no constipation as such, I wouldn't be too worried. Increase some fibers in diet and see.
