Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had Cancer of the prostate and was treated with radiation and hormone ablation 6 years back and now has noticed pink/red coloured semen since very recently.

Red coloured semen(Haematospermia) can not be due to Pomegranate as it is not excreted in semen .The possibility of local recurrence has to be ruled out by doing
1) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS).
2) Serum PSA.
3) MRI.

Please consult qualified Urologist fro digital rectal examination and to confirm the diagnosis.
