Brief Answer:
Detailed anomaly scan should be done
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Quadruple screen or any other serum screening in pregnancy is not valid for twin pregnancy as the serum markers do not correspond to gestation age, due to two fetus in the uterus.
I will suggest you to get a detailed anomaly ultrasound of both the fetus by a expert fetal medicine specialist, so that appropriate treatment can be done.
Further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
