Brief Answer:
levosulpiride is the most probable cultprit.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for your wife.
Symptomatic Hyperprolactinemia due to Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) like esomeprazole is very rarely reported in literature.
Whereas, levosulpiride is known to cause raised prolactin levels.
In my opinion, she should take plain sompraz. Her symptoms should resolve after stopping levosulpiride.
If the symptoms still persist, then she can go for MRI brain to rule out pituitary tumors.
There is no need to take any drug for hyperprolactinemia.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Take care.
Thanks.
