But at your age blood in urine most probably is due to prostatitis or prostatic mass.
So I would recommend that you get an ultrasound pelvis to exclude prostatic causes. Other causes include cystitis or ureteric stones which can also be diagnosed by the pelvic ultrasound.
As for diarrhea, you can take Imodium every eight hours to stop diarrhea.
Also, make sure that you drink enough fluids daily to compensate for the fluid lost within diarrhea and to avoid diarrhea.
