hair that's a little damp after air drying after washing hair in shower
Brief Answer:
no, it has no effect on the bones of the face or anywhere
Detailed Answer:
HI
No, this would not have any effect on the bones of the face. Only severe trauma can alter the bones of the face and this would not apply to putting hair into a ponytail
Putting hair, damp or otherwise, into a ponytail is very commonly done and , if this were to cause problems with the bones, it would be a problem that would be seen throughout the world
There is no documentation of this ever occurring to anyone, it does not occur
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
