Question: Can putting hair thats a little damp in a ponytail for 11 to 12 hours cause any lengthening of face or facial bones from weight of sorta damp hair?

HI

No, this would not have any effect on the bones of the face. Only severe trauma can alter the bones of the face and this would not apply to putting hair into a ponytail

Putting hair, damp or otherwise, into a ponytail is very commonly done and , if this were to cause problems with the bones, it would be a problem that would be seen throughout the world

There is no documentation of this ever occurring to anyone, it does not occur
