Question: I have had radical prostectomy. Will saw palmetto help relieve frequent urination during the night?

Thanks for query .

Increased frequency for urination after Radical Protectomy is due to post operative stenosis hence saw palmetto does not help to reduce frequency .

I would suggest to consult qualified Urologist for endoscopic evaluation .You may need to get stenosed bladder neck incised and dilated .
