Brief Answer:
Alopecia areata, topical & intralesional steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be alopecia areata.
It is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease of the hair follicles.
It is usually treated with intralesional steroid injections along with topical steroid like mometasone lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
The injections are given every 3 weeks for 3-4 sessions.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
It is curable but usually takes 3-4 months to resolve.
It has a tendency to spread in very few individuals.
In case of 2-3 spots it usually resolves completely.
