Here’s my opinion after reviewing the reports.
3 sections need attention
1. Vitd levels are low, Start taking Calcirol XXXXXXX of 60k IU one XXXXXXX per week for 4 weeks then once a month for 4 months.
2. Uric acid levels are slightly on the higher side, avoid high protein diet like eggs, chicken, dairy products for a couple of weeks.
3. Triglycerides are slightly raised for which you need to avoid junk food and fried home food stuff like paranthas etc.
