Hello,
- How long have you been noticing sinus issues?
- Do you have runny nose, nasal stuffiness with the sinus issues?
- Have you noticed shortness of breath?
- Have you ever been on antibiotics for sinus infection?
- Do you have any ear issues?
- Have you always had diarrhea and bloating while taking milk or milk products?
-If so, how frequent are the episodes of diarrhea ? Any episodes of blood in stool?
- Do you have any other medical conditions? Are you on any medications?

have cronic sinus.stuffiness some times shortness of breath some times infection no ears no diarrhea extremely rare, only with lot of cheese-bloating blood never allergys-yes
Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Allergic rhinitis with sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The stuffiness, shortness of breath and seasonal variation in symptoms are suggestive of a possible allergic component. Allergic rhinitis can lead to decreased drainage from sinuses resulting in sinusitis.
An Xray of the sinuses can confirm the diagnosis. If you have active symptoms now, it is best to take a course of prescription based antibiotic like Amoxicillin.
You can also take tablet Cetirizine 10 mg at bedtime.
Use saline nasal spray and steam inhalation twice daily.
Consuming milk is not likely to cause worsening sinusitis. However, since you are experiencing bloating while consuming milk products, lactose intolerance is a concern. Try avoiding or limiting consumption of milk or milk products for the time being.
