Can Smoking Methamphetamine Lead To Hyperthyroidism?

Question: Hi Doctor,

I used meth in small amounts occasionally for the past 4 months. i was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism
about 2 weeks ago. I did not have simtoms of Hyperthyroidism.
Can smoking of meth lead to Hyperthyroidism?
