Question: I'm having a colonoscopy in 12 hours. I smoke some crystal meth 4 hours ago. Can I still have the anesthesia and the colonoscopy tomorrow

Ideally you should not have smoked Meth.
Well, 4 hours before and 12 hours to go means 16 hours gap.
If there are no symptoms of meth you can go for colonoscopy and anesthesia.
Obviously you have to tell your anesthetist about this as he can adjust the medications for anesthesia as needed.
Please do not repeat Meth.
