Can Some Tell Me What This Might Be Please? I've

Question: Can some tell me what this might be please? I've had it for about 3 days . It started off extremely hot and itchy then the bump like mark cane about. Now they don't itch but have tenderness upon touching them. Any advice will be much appreciated, I don't have insurance. Also this is in between two of my fingers.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be a skin reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi Coriv248,
Thanks for your query. I understand your concern.
It seems you have an initial skin reaction to allergic, bacterial, paracytic (like scabies)affection.or an insect bite... that has resulted in initial itching, hotness of skin followed by inflammation or probably infection of the skin (a condition called cellulitis) in some cases.
Mostly inspection &examination of the lesion by a general practitioner can point out probable cause followed by specific management of the thing.
Do not itch it. Keep the part clean, & dry. Local application of antibiotic, antifungal, steroid ointment would ease the problem. Over the counter, anti-inflammatory pills like Ibuprofen can be consumed after food for the next 2-3 days.
In case the problem does not resolve or increases...consultation of a family physician
or a skin specialist is recommended.
I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks

Thank you Dr.Athavale the advice is much appreciated. All I have is a product called Hibiclens. Right now I don't have insurance so I'll have to pay out of pocket, which is fine . I just would rather avoid going to a physician if i don't have to.
Brief Answer:
You can try with home care... But I time doctors advise is ideal...If need
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up query.
Hibiclens is a disinfectant & antiseptic skin preparation for local use.It would clean your skin...&hope would clear infection (if already there)to some extent.
In case you pain, swelling, burning or itching is still there...you can take over the counter antiallergic&anti inflammatory pills(detailed in previous answer) &look for result for 2-3 days.
But if the symptoms persist beyond that... you do need doctor's advise for more specific medication(which can be decided &prescribed after examination only). This is to prevent more damage to your health.
I hope you understand my point.Take care.
Any follow up query you have I would like to help you.
Thanks.
