Can Sperm Cause Sore Throat And Bumps On Throat?

Question: Ok, 2 days ago while masturbating i accidently ejaculated on my mouth ever since bumps on the back of my tongue are enlarged and yesterday i tried gargling salt water to make it go down and i think i made it worse becaude my Frenulum has a lilttle white puss looking on it along with a small clear bump which i believe is a lie bump. what is it and what should i do?

You accidentally masturbated an got sperm in your mouth. This is not the cause your your current sore throat and bumps. You may have strep throat which is not at all related to your masturbation. I recommend that you see your medical provider to be screened for strep.
