Can Sperm Cause Sore Throat And Bumps On Throat?

Question: Ok, 2 days ago while masturbating i accidently ejaculated on my mouth ever since bumps on the back of my tongue are enlarged and yesterday i tried gargling salt water to make it go down and i think i made it worse becaude my Frenulum has a lilttle white puss looking on it along with a small clear bump which i believe is a lie bump. what is it and what should i do?
