Brief Answer:
Management of spinal stenosis detailed below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Spinal stenosis is the narrowing of the spinal canal thereby compressing the nerves.
Spinal stenosis can cause pain in hips and lower back and lower legs.
Depending on the severity pain may be accompanied by numbness, muscle weakness, bowel and bladder incontinence etc.
The most common cause of spinal stenosis is age-related osteoarthritis and formation of bone spurs.
The most important treatment for spinal stenosis is physical therapy to strengthen back muscles, Ibuprofen (if not allergic for pain), muscle relaxants, braces to support the lower back, steroid injections and surgery if everything else fails.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
