Brief Answer:
Probably dysphagia due to the use of antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to dysphagia.
Dysphagia is a difficulty in swallowing due to a problem in the esophagus.
It is commonly caused by the use of antibiotics.
Antibiotics cause direct mucosal injury to the esophagus and can lead to dysphagia.
The antibiotics that you have used for a long time can be the cause of your symptoms.

A physical examination and an endoscopy are needed to confirm the diagnosis.

I suggest you to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.
