Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
Pseudoephedrine can cause false positive drugs results for amphetamine and metamphetamine. They would not cause false positive results for any other drugs.
The half life of a drug is the time it takes for the amount of drug in the system to decrease by half till it is eventually eliminated from the body.
The half life of pseudoephedrine is approximately 3 to 6 hours. It normally takes 3 to 4 half lives for a drug to be completely eliminated from the body though everyone is a little different.
This means that it would take approximately 9 to 24 hours for it to be completely eliminated. If the test was done after this time frame then it is not likely to cause any false positive results.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
