Can Taking Olvance 20 Reduce BP
Question: I have had BP issues last 3 years, and now my BP is high 130/107. i am taking olvance 20.

From your description, diastolic blood pressure is not getting controlled with Olvance 20. You may ask your doctor to add another medicine from calcium channel blockers like amlodipine 5 mg a day to your medicine.
You may also do regular exercise. Reduce the salt intake and fatty foods like cheese, sweets. Drink cleaner water (with no added minerals).
You may also take herbs like ashwagandha or triphala for sometime and see if it helps.
