Brief Answer:
do a urine pregnancy test first
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Thanks for contacting health care magic.
MALA -D unfortunately is not an emergency contraceptive pill . There are other brands available like IPILL , UNWANTED 72., which are the proven ones.
In your case, if her periods have been missed and bleeding has not started, then please get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy first.

Thanks for the follow up.
Unfortunately , i think the mala d pills have not worked else she wouldnt have missed her periods.
please get a urine pregnancy test done first to rule out pregnancy . If it turns out to be negative then she can be given a withdrawal bleed with progesterones to resume her menses but for that pregnancy has to be ruled out.
