Can The Due Date For Delivery Be Calculated?

Question: hallo sir
my wife is pregnant but I don't know her due date because when we do sex 20 to 24 March 2017 . before this 15 January periods come and after that period not come and we checked with pregnancy kid in 17 March 2017 got negative .so please suggest what will delivery date .altrasaond report say delivery date will be 17 December 2017 please suggest

both are expired during delivery baby and my life this all append in gov hospital while doctor say everything normal what will the cause of this please suggest
