Can This Be Bed Sore Yellowish Head With A Black Spot?

Question: I found a sore on my right ankle. It had a yellowish head with a black spot. I took the head off and cleaned it with an alcohol wipe. It's not bleeding. I'm a diabetic, type 2 diabetes and most of the parts of my feet are almost numb. My age is 68 and I'm female. I've been sleeping a lot lately due to depression. My boyfriend thinks it might be a bed sore. My right foot naturally leans on that ankle when I sleep. Any thoughts?
