Can This Be Flu Symptoms I Have Had Aching And Cramping In My Legs?

Question: Hello , ive had this aching and cramping in my legs for few weeks now with a bad lower back but now its in my arms aswell like full body with dizziness and like flu like symptoms which is going on weeks

Full body ache with muscle cramps and flu like symptoms can happen due to a generalized viral infection. Fluid and electrolyte imbalance can also cause such symptoms. Increasing the fluid intake and electrolyte rich fluids will help in improvement. Taking acetaminophen every 6 hours after meals will help in counteracting the flu like symptoms. You also need to consult your physician for a few blood tests so that proper supplements can be started.

Also my hands an fingers are sore through it ; is this normal with it ? Feel week and struggle to pick things up
