Brief Answer:
The symptoms seem to be of cervical spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
The pain that arises from the neck that radiates upwards to the neck, worsens om bending the neck may be arising from cervical spondylosis. The picture also shows straightening of cervical spine suggesting muscle spasm. Please avoid lifting heavy weight, bending forward. Please take high calcium diet. Some muscle relaxants are required for pain relief.
