High AntiTPO antibodies suggest for a chronic autoimmune disease called Hashimoto thyroiditis that is usually inherited, mainly by females.
These antibodies destroy the thyroid gland and when more than 80% of the gland is destroyed it does not produce enough thyroid hormones causing hypothyroidism.
So, the fact that TSH is normal, means that your thyroid gland functions normally until now, but it should be monitored every 6 months because one day it will be the need to take the hormone orally.
You may try selenium supplements as there are studies supporting its effectiveness in lowering these antibodies.

This is not at the levels to get worried.
It should be caused by a urinary infection, stones in the urinary tract, tumors (that are excluded by ultrasound) etc.
You need to repeat it again after a period of 3 months (of course if the infection is excluded) and if hematuria persists than your physician may suggest further exams to try to find the cause.
