Can Touching And Washing One's Face Change Or Move The Bones Or Facial Structure?

Question: Can touching interior lights of car with hand to turn on lights since dark in car then getting out of car and washing hands then washing face cause any harm or physical changes to face or hands, after touching interior car lights to turn on lights in dark car in garage after arriving home? Any physical changes such as flattening facial bones or any moving of facial bones backward etc or just paranoid thought?

So the situation described above (car interior lights and washing) does not cause any change in position of facial or head bones (such as backwards, etc) or any flattening of facial or head bones? Facial or head bones such as cheekbones, jaw, etc any other bones in face, head. Thanks!
