Can Transmission Of HIV By Handjob Method?
Question: Sir, day before yesterday I had an unprotected handjob from a csw. Do I need to test for HIV/STI? Is there any risk of contacting it? Yesterday i went to the parlour just to see the hands of the lady there and found that she didn't have any cut or abrasion on her hands. Now Can I resume normal sex life with my wife? Has there ever been any reported case of transmission of HIV by this method. Pls advice

Yes I am sure that I was not involved in any other sexual activity other than that. So should I ignore the symptoms such as mild shivering and headache which maybe due to change of weather and continue my normal routine.

Doctor I since last 2 days I am so much scared that I am having persistent headache and weakness. Whenever I think of this immediately I get headache. Doctor are you sure that I should allay all my fears from this encounter which was only restricted to handjob and relax myself and should not think of this anymore. Doctor one question, If I am safe then why have I started developing throat itching and irritation combined with on and off headaches. Doctor In that case why am I still having chills, sweats and little sore throat. Shall I accept in my mind that it is for sure not related to HIV? Do I need any further test ?
I have already consulted ENT doctor here, he gave me some medicine but i did not tell him about the exposure I had.... I got little relieved from sore throat now...He said that viral is happening to everyone this season so recovery will take time.. he also gave calpol if fever comes but did not do any investigation...

Doctor I had already told you that I was only restricted to handjob. No vaginal, no oral and no anal. The CSW only handjob me.
Also I did not have any exposure prior to that.

Dr on 15th day i tested for combo test which came back negative today. Had the symptoms been of HIV then viral load would have been sufficient enough to get detected therefore I think it is not the hiv symptoms. So Dr can I now conclude I am free from hiv looking at my RNA test, combo test and the risk exposure.
